The level is divided into level 1, level 2 and level 3. The level 1 packaging and printing factory must have a paper production line, a corrugated cardboard production line and printing into boxes. The second-level factory has corrugated cardboard production lines and printed boxes. Level 3 factories are only available for printing into boxes.
